無之は相当之謝儀を以御譲り被下候歟是非
御秘蔵之句は謄写中御借請申度依而
何成共所蔵之御方之右趣意柄篤と御了解之上
雛形之如く御認被下度又何々之書は何方に所
持有之との分も御記し被下度奉願候以上

それがない場合は、相当の謝礼をもってお譲りいただけるでしょうか。是非とも御秘蔵の品については、謄写中にお借り申し上げたく、従って何であれ所蔵されている御方は、右の趣意をよく御了解の上、雛形のように御記し下さい。また何々の書は何方に所持されているとの分についても御記し下さい。お願い申し上げます。以上
