何分にも今度は永世迄之雛形に相成事に
候得は表向は兎も角も乍御難題悉皆
山本先生え御相談思召之通に御綴り被下様
一兼而御話申候通永世保存之担当片山氏へ
委任夫々えも申上置候事に候得は事毎により
御相談出来上り之上は預ヶ置折々衆人に
展覧せしめ候趣向
但其節々詩文詠歌発句書画家等之
真蹟又古物珍器等所持之向取調
同断
一編輯賛成に付而は元来之趣意後世え
連々書伝へ可然と見込之事々文之好
拙を不撰夫々之社中又銘々存寄之編等は
自筆之侭可張入積り仍而有志輩之
学才雅俗は勿論之事
譬は先年以来自由改進其余種々之党
流団結夫々之意見を張相互確執
軽蔑し甚敷に至るは不容易暴動之
向も度々有之実に不相済歎敷事也
尤右社員之衆中は各抜群豪傑之

何分にも今度は永世までの雛形になることで
ございますので、表向きはともかくとして、御難題ながらすべて
山本先生へ御相談して、お思いの通りにお綴り下さいますよう
一 かねてよりお話し申し上げております通り、永世保存の担当である片山氏へ
委任し、それぞれにも申し上げておくことでございますので、事ごとに
御相談して出来上がりましたら預けておき、折々衆人に
展覧させる趣向でございます
ただしその節々の詩文・詠歌・発句・書画家などの
真筆、また古物・珍器などを所持している方面を取り調べ
同様に扱います
一 編集賛成については、元来の趣意を後世へ
連々書き伝えるべきと見込んでいる事々、文の巧
拙を選ばず、それぞれの社中また銘々の存念の編などは
自筆のまま張り入れる積もりです。したがって有志の輩の
学才雅俗は勿論のことです
たとえば先年以来の自由・改進その他種々の党
流団結、それぞれの意見を張って相互に確執し
軽蔑し、甚だしきに至っては容易ならざる暴動の
向きも度々あり、実に済まない嘆かわしいことです

continuously transmit in writing to future generations the matters deemed important,
regardless of literary skill or clumsiness, the respective groups' and individual members'
compilations of their thoughts will be included as written in their own hand. Therefore,
the scholarly talents of volunteers, whether refined or common, are naturally important.
For instance, since previous years there have been various party
factions such as Freedom and Progress forming coalitions, each asserting their opinions,
engaging in mutual conflict and contempt, and in extreme cases there have been
frequent incidents of serious disturbances that are not easily resolved—
truly regrettable and lamentable affairs.
