右のように認めた上で張り出し、片山担当の手を経て
東京へ入れ ご覧いただき、なお県令公をはじめそれぞれ
しかるべき方々へも入れて披見していただき、一葉でも多く
ご認可をいただきたく希望します
ただし本旨に反対し、縁修また独修未熟のでたらめは
除きます

poems, waka, haiku,
calligraphy and paintings, etc., and through the efforts
of famous masters from time to time, leaving behind a name through these various endeavors
After acknowledging the above and posting it publicly, through the hands of Katayama who is in charge,
it will be sent to Tokyo for review, and furthermore shown to
the prefectural governor and other appropriate parties for examination, hoping to receive
approval for as many pages as possible
However, works that oppose the main purpose, or are immature nonsense from either group study or individual study
will be excluded
