現代語訳

一、文政十二年己丑（1829年）
　　一朱銀通用開始

一、天保二年辛卯（1831年）三月四日　正月頃四十匁余り
　　米価高騰により庶民困窮の状況につき、一俵三十七匁にて御蔵
　　より御払い。十二日頃、米町相場は三十九匁で買い、三十九匁五分で売り。
　　これにより六月頃より秋田米を御買上げして御払い。

First, Bunsei 12th year, Tsuchinoto-ushi (1829):
　　Isshugin (one-shu silver coins) began circulation

First, Tenpō 2nd year, Kanoto-u (1831), March 4th: Around New Year, over 40 monme
　　Due to high rice prices causing hardship among the common people, rice was distributed
　　from the domain storehouse at 37 monme per hyō. Around the 12th, the rice market
　　price was 39 monme for buying and 39 monme 5 bu for selling.
　　Accordingly, from around June, Akita rice was purchased and distributed.

First, Same 3rd year, Mizunoe-tatsu (1832):
　　Nishukin (two-shu gold coins) began circulation

First, Same 4th year, Mizunoto-hitsuji (1833), August:
　　Isshukin (one-shu gold coins) circulation ceased
