可任詔事近江国多賀善積両軍者奥州為
右安積替地可令領裳状如件

現代語訳
九州の残党をことごとく捕らえて鎮定した条について、
その仁勇の至りを知り、感謝は並々ならぬものである。
ここに豊前国守護職を加えて後
勘所である。全て静謐を抽んずべきである。よって
状件の如し。

右を固く守らせ、勅裁により下野国・豊前国・陸奥国

詔の通りに任すべき事。近江国多賀・善積両郡については奥州のため
右安積の替地として領せしむべき旨、状件の如し。

Regarding the matter of capturing and pacifying all remaining rebels in Kyushu,
I recognize this supreme display of benevolence and courage, and my gratitude is extraordinary.
Hereby I add the position of Shugo (Military Governor) of Bunzen Province, and furthermore
this is an official decision. All should maintain complete tranquility. Therefore
this document is as stated.

Let Shōshii-jō Gyō Ukon'e-gon-chūjō
Yamato-gon-no-kami Fujiwara no Ason Nobufusa, during the Bunji years,
by Imperial command be appointed to the great administrative position in Kyushu
and firmly maintain the right. By Imperial decree, Shimotsuke Province, Bunzen Province, Mutsu Province
Shirakawa District, Hitachi Province Kashima and Shida Districts {{marginalia: excluding shrine lands, regarding 100 chō}}
Shimōsa Province Toyota District, Kazusa Province Awa District, Isumi District, etc.
should be appointed according to the Imperial edict. Regarding Ōmi Province Taga and Yoshizumi Districts, for Ōshū
as replacement land for the right Asaka, this should be granted as territory. This document is as stated.
