当月二十七日の夜、寅の上刻（午前三時頃）に、濃州鵜沼宿よりお出しになられた御触書が、川下郷・伊那部村より高遠に到着いたし、同じく中刻（午前四時頃）に藤沢郷栗田村へと継ぎ立て申し候。これによりご報告のため参上いたしました。
一、右の御触書には、飯田通り・伊那街道を経て甲州府中まで（御触書を）お出しになられるようにとのことでございますところ、伊那部村より殿村・松島を経て下諏訪へお出になられる街道がございます。（見せ消ち：同所より → 然るところ伊那部村より）高遠町へ継いで来て、藤沢通り（へと続く）

On the night of the 27th of this month, at the upper quarter of the Hour of the Tiger (approximately 3:00 AM), an official notice (furegaki) issued from Unuma-juku in Mino Province arrived at Inabe Village in the Kawashimo district and reached Takato. At the middle quarter of the same hour (approximately 4:00 AM), it was forwarded to Kurita Village in Fujisawa district. We hereby respectfully report to you regarding this matter.
Item: The said official notice stipulated that it should be transmitted via the Iida road and the Ina Kaidō as far as Kōshū-Fuchū. However, there is a road running from Inabe Village through Tonomura and Matsushima to Shimosawa.
