現代語訳
御手代外村まで西番村へ順次伝達いたしましたところ、領主役人中の評議により伊那までということで、伊那部村から殿村への御触書がございます。どちらへ向かわれるかは分かりませんが、藤沢郷より順次伝達いたします指図がございましたら、三月二十九日未の刻に高遠より伊那部村へ、伊那部村より御触書が到着次第早速殿村へ継立いたします。継立してまいりましたので栗田村へ順次伝達いたします。高遠町へお出でになり御測量をなされるとのこと、お伺い申し上げたく存じます。
一、お泊まりの宿にて承り合わせるべき事は左の通り
一、御着座の部屋は何間ほど御入用でございましょうか
付け加えて、御宿一軒で相勤めることができますか、二軒三軒でも相勤めいたしましょうか、承りたく存じます。

The official document was transmitted sequentially to Nishiban Village up to the outer villages under the jurisdiction of the magistrate's representative. Upon deliberation by the domain lord's officials, it was decided to proceed as far as Ina, and there is an official notice from Inabe Village to Tono Village. Although it is unclear which direction they will proceed, if there are instructions to transmit sequentially from Fujisawa Township, on the 29th day of the third month at the hour of the sheep (around 2 PM), the official notice will be relayed from Takato to Inabe Village, and from Inabe Village it will be immediately forwarded to Tono Village upon arrival. As it has been relayed, it will be transmitted sequentially to Kurita Village. We humbly inquire about the visit to Takato Town and the surveying work to be conducted there.
