詰衆並同嫡子布衣以上御役人并寄合明日
五半時登 城可仕旨其向々え相達之四品以上も
不残狩衣且又大紋布衣素袍着用可仕候法印
法眼之医師も装束に而罷出候様是又達之
一 明後日琉球人登 城付松平薩摩守下屋敷より
上屋敷迄上屋敷より大手迄警固之儀如昨日
可申付候且又道筋之儀も昨日之通可相触旨
寺社奉行町奉行え井上河内守書付渡之

手紙をもって各方面に連絡することとした。
ただし、国持大名並びに外様大名の面々は出仕しないこととする。
一、高家衆とその嫡子、奏者番とその嫡子、大坂定番詰衆並びにその嫡子、布衣以上の役人並びに寄合は、明日午前8時に登城するよう、それぞれの担当部署に伝達した。四品以上の者も残らず狩衣を着用し、また大紋、布衣、素袍を着用すること。法印・法眼の医師も装束を着用して参上するよう、これも伝達した。
一、明後日の琉球人登城に際し、松平薩摩守の下屋敷から上屋敷まで、上屋敷から大手門までの警固の件は、昨日と同様に申し付けることとする。また道筋の件も昨日の通りに触れるよう、寺社奉行・町奉行に井上河内守が書付を渡した。
十一月二十日 晴れ、夜に入って雨
一、御目付の丸毛五郎兵衛・大岡忠右衛門に対し、明日二十一日の琉球人登城に際して、御玄関前・中口その他各所へ見回りを行い、作法が適切に行われるよう申し付ける旨の書付を永井伊豆守が渡した。

1. The Kōke family members and their eldest sons, the Sōshaban and their eldest sons, the Osaka garrison officers and their eldest sons, officials of hōi rank and above, and the yoriai are to assemble at the castle tomorrow at 8 AM. This has been communicated to their respective departments. All those of fourth court rank and above are to wear kariginu court dress without exception, and formal robes including daimon, hōi, and suhō are to be worn. Physicians holding the ranks of hōin and hōgen are also to appear in formal court dress - this has also been communicated.
1. Regarding tomorrow's visit of the Ryukyuan delegation to the castle, security arrangements from Matsudaira Satsuma-no-kami's lower residence to his upper residence, and from the upper residence to the Ōte gate, shall be implemented as yesterday. The route arrangements shall also follow yesterday's instructions. Inoue Kawachi-no-kami has delivered written orders to this effect to the Commissioners of Temples and Shrines and the Town Commissioners.

1. Written instructions were given by Nagai Izu-no-kami to the inspectors (metsuke) Maruge Gorobei and Ōoka Chūemon regarding tomorrow, the twenty-first day, when the Ryukyuan delegation will visit the castle. They are to patrol the front of the main entrance, the middle gate, and other locations to ensure proper protocol is observed.
