　肩輿及過長虹隄至孔廟南小駐別館易衣減輿夫
　之半始至天使館還至別館仍易衣儀從如前歸府
　第今所見者與前使臣汪楫所記少異略載于後

中山王の肄館（天使館訪問）の儀仗

七月二十六日
冊封の礼が成り、中山の世曾孫である尚敬が初めて中山王を称し、吉日を選んで祖廟に告げた。

八月二日、国中各島の臣民の賀を受け終わり、初九日に中山王が自ら天使館に詣でて謝意を表した。

冊封の盛大な儀仗を備え、官僚を従えて礼を成して還った。その初めて府門を出る時は、十六人が担ぐ肩輿に乗り、長虹堤を過ぎて孔廟の南に至り、別館に少し留まって衣装を替え、輿夫を半数に減らしてから天使館に到着した。帰りは別館に至って再び衣装を替え、儀従は前の通りにして府第に帰った。今見るところは、前の使臣汪楫が記したものと少し異なっているので、略して後に載せる。

The Ceremonial Guard for the King of Chuzan's Visit to the Chinese Envoy's Residence

July 26th
Upon completion of the investiture ceremony, Sho Kei, great-great-grandson of the Chuzan lineage, first assumed the title of King of Chuzan and chose an auspicious day to announce this to the ancestral temple.

August 2nd, after receiving congratulations from the vassals and people of all islands in the kingdom, on the 9th day the King of Chuzan personally visited the Chinese envoy's residence to express his gratitude.

He returned after conducting the ceremony with magnificent investiture regalia and accompanied by court officials. When he first departed from the palace gate, he rode in a palanquin carried by sixteen men. After passing Chouko Bridge and reaching the south of the Confucian temple, he briefly stopped at a separate residence to change clothes and reduced the palanquin bearers by half before arriving at the envoy's residence. On his return, he again changed clothes at the separate residence, and the ceremonial procession proceeded as before back to the palace. What is observed now differs slightly from what was recorded by the previous envoy Wang Ji, so I briefly record it here.
