On the embankment of Izumizaki Bridge, dozens of varieties of flowers were arranged in pots and jars along the roadside, displayed in several tiers and surrounded by vermillion railings. In the center, a beast was carved from wood and painted to resemble a qilin (Chinese unicorn), with a wooden plaque erected behind it inscribed with the characters "Not a Dragon."
