附録　賀封路供
この日、国王が通行した場所では、道の傍らにすべて各種の花供えが設けられた。泉崎橋の堤上では、道の傍らの盆や甕の中に数十種の花卉を配置し、数層に並べて朱欄で囲んだ。その中に木を刻んで一匹の獣を作り、麒麟のような状に彩色を施し、後ろに一枚の木版を立てて「非龍」と書いてあった。

Appendix: Congratulatory Offerings Along the Route
On this day, various flower offerings were arranged along the roadside wherever the king passed. On the embankment of Izumizaki Bridge, dozens of varieties of flowers were arranged in pots and jars along the roadside, displayed in several tiers and surrounded by vermillion railings. In the center, a beast was carved from wood and painted to resemble a qilin (Chinese unicorn), with a wooden plaque erected behind it inscribed with the characters "Not a Dragon."
