この女性のアイヌは上品な姿である。
女性は皆、顔に草花、或いは破れ格子などの入れ墨をする。唇は薄く入れ墨をして青色にする。
この衣服の織物も自国の物ではない。
皆日本、中国などの織物である。
帯はヒツコキ（木の皮の繊維）で前で結ぶ。下品（身分の低い者）は藤縄等を用いる。
