插翅虎 雷横
盗賊がいるという噂が頻繁に聞こえるので、鄆城県の知県（地方長官）の命を受けて、東溪村の峠の上に探しにやって来た。楓の葉はまだ赤くならず、緑林（盗賊）の悪者がいると縄で縛り上げた。赤熊のような大男を霊官廟の帳の前で縛ったが、それは晁蓋の家でのことであった。身の潔白を説明されて手足の縄は解かれたものの、心に怒りが非常に鬱積している。何としても痛烈に仕返しをしようと、追いかけて一、二里行った木の下で、大喝一声、刀を抜いたのは、最初の縄をかけられた恨みを晴らそうとしてのことであった。炎を飛ばす赤鬼の剣を、受けたり流したりする刀風の、荒れた虎が咆哮する声は、千里の彼方の天にまで聞こえるようだ。智多星（呉用）がここに来るのは、刀を鎮めるためか。

Because rumors of bandits were frequently heard, he received orders from the magistrate of Yuncheng County and came searching to the ridge above Dongxi Village. The maple leaves had not yet turned red when he captured with ropes what he believed to be bandits from the greenwood. He bound a large man resembling a red bear in front of the curtains at Lingguan Temple, but this was at Chao Gai's house. Though his innocence was explained and the ropes on his limbs were untied, anger remained deeply pent up in his heart. Determined to retaliate painfully somehow, he pursued for one or two li to the base of a tree, where with a great shout he drew his sword - this was to settle the grudge from being initially bound with ropes. The voice of a wild tiger roaring as it receives and deflects the sword of a red demon shooting flames, the sound of the blade cutting through air, seemed to reach the heavens a thousand li away. The Resourceful Star (Wu Yong) comes here to calm the blade.
