段下より二畳目において九拝を奉り、退去した。
御太刀の目録は御奏者番が引き取った。

一、老中が具志川を召し、「遠境より相越し、大儀である」との思し召しの旨を仰せ出された。これは御次の間においてである。
御諚の趣旨を老中が薩摩守に伝え、薩摩守がそれを具志川に達した。具志川が御請けを申し上げ、その趣旨を老中が薩摩守より聞いた。

At the second tatami mat from below the platform, he performed nine prostrations and withdrew.
The catalog of the ceremonial sword was taken by the oshōsha-ban.

Article 1: The rōjū summoned Gushikawa and proclaimed the lord's gracious sentiment: "You have come from a distant land, which is most commendable." This took place in the o-tsugi-no-ma (anteroom).
The rōjū conveyed the purport of the lord's words to Satsuma-no-kami, and Satsuma-no-kami relayed this to Gushikawa. Gushikawa expressed his acknowledgment, and the rōjū heard this response through Satsuma-no-kami.
