現代語訳

一、琉球中山王の使者である具志川王子が、本丸での御暇（おいとま）が済んで西丸へ登城する道筋等は、御礼の節の通りである。

一、具志川王子が御玄関の階の上に至ると、大目付二人が出向いて案内し、殿上の間の下段に着座させた。従者は同所の次の間に列座し、下官の族は御玄関の庭上に群居した。

一、松平薩摩守が登城し、殿上の間の下段座上に着座、長袴を着用。

1. The Ryukyu envoy from the King of Chūzan, Prince Gushikawa, after completing his farewell audience at the Main Castle, proceeded to the West Castle following the same route and protocol as during the formal courtesy visit.

1. When Prince Gushikawa reached the top of the stairs at the main entrance, two ōmetsuke (senior inspectors) came forward to guide him and seated him in the lower section of the palace reception hall. His attendants were arranged in rows in the adjacent room, while the lower-ranking officials gathered in the courtyard of the main entrance.

1. Matsudaira Satsuma-no-kami arrived at the castle and took his seat in the upper part of the lower section of the palace reception hall, wearing long hakama.
