売捌成居申義に而右様被仰付候はゝ市中売油差支
無御坐方哉に奉存候併白油之義市中売手向軒別
相対売捌候様被仰付度調方壱ケ所へ相約売買
仕候様相運候時者直段噤候様之義御坐候而は
自然難被相行奉存候に付此段申上置候依而右彼是
之運申談格紙を以存寄申上候可然御評義

売り捌き成り居り申す義にて、右様仰せ付けられ候わば、市中売油差し支え
無く御座する方かと存じ奉り候。併せて白油の義、市中売り手向け軒別
相対売り捌き候様仰せ付け度く、調達方一ヶ所へ相約め売買
仕り候様相運び候時は、直段噤み候様の義御座候ては
自然相行き難く存じ奉り候に付き、此の段申し上げ置き候。よって右彼是

Every year we procure and conduct trade from the urban markets. Most notably, since there are many oil merchants in the Muya port shipping sector, their local demand is minimal, and most of their oil is shipped and sold in urban markets. Therefore, if such orders are issued, we believe there should be no disruption to oil sales in urban markets. However, regarding white oil, we would like you to order that urban sales be conducted through individual negotiations between each store. When procurement is consolidated to a single location for buying and selling, there may be situations where prices become artificially suppressed, which we believe would naturally be difficult to implement. We respectfully submit this point for consideration. Therefore, having discussed these various matters, we submit our thoughts through this formal document. We humbly request that appropriate deliberations be ordered. The above.
