Regarding the water mill mentioned in the main text, I have heard inquiries about whether there might be a suitable location near the Sozō headquarters area. If this is indeed the case, since it is a location adjacent to the urban area, although it falls under rural jurisdiction, with special arrangements we could establish a water mill under an urban-rural structure and use cotton seeds sold from the mountain base area, which would be extremely convenient and could also contribute to urban prosperity.
