油絞株之者共北陸道山陰道山陽道南街道
西海道筋国々之内播磨之国を除き其余之国々江
菜種綿実仕入注文申遣買受之義は指留候条於国々
其旨相心得直売致間布候
一前條国々日用燈油製し方指免候条向後手作
手絞之唱を止本田畑空地国中等之無差別何連へ
作り候絞草に而も相用ひ領主用幷武家日用之油
御料私領とも壱ケ年入用高目当を付置大坂堺
兵庫へ可相廻絞草に不障様水車人力に不限其所之
弁利に随ひ絞方いたし幷白絞り油梅花油等之類も
勝手次第製いたし国用可相弁候
一此度大坂内本町橋詰町に油寄せ所取建出油屋江戸口
京口問屋と唱候ものとも一同油問屋と名目を改
右於寄せ所油売買申付候条国用残り油有之候はゝ
右寄せ所へ向相廻油問屋共へ可売渡候
一国々ゟ大坂へ注文申遣買受候油は是迄同所仲買共ゟ
売渡来候所此度国々日用油絞り方差免候上者
大坂ゟ買受候に及間布候得共若燈油不足いたし候欤

油絞り株の者どもは、北陸道・山陰道・山陽道・南街道・
西海道筋の諸国のうち播磨国を除き、その余の諸国へ
菜種・綿実の仕入れ注文を申し遣わし買い受けることは差し止める条、諸国において
その旨を心得、直売を禁止する。
一、前条の諸国の日用燈油製造方を許可する条、今後「手作」
「手絞り」の名称を止め、本田畑・空地・国中等を問わず何地でも
作られる搾り草であっても用い、領主用並びに武家日用の油は
御料・私領ともに一ヶ年の入用高の目当てを付けおき、大坂・堺・
兵庫へ回送すべき搾り草に支障がないよう、水車・人力に限らず、その所の
便利に従い搾り方を行い、並びに白絞り油・梅花油等の類も
勝手次第に製造し、国用を賄うべきである。
一、この度大坂内本町橋詰町に油寄せ所を取り建て、出油屋・江戸口・
京口問屋と称する者どもを一同油問屋と名目を改め、
右の寄せ所において油売買を申し付ける条、国用の残り油があれば
右の寄せ所へ向け回送し、油問屋どもへ売り渡すべきである。
一、諸国より大坂へ注文を申し遣わし買い受ける油は、これまで同所の仲買どもより
売り渡してきたところ、この度諸国の日用油絞り方を許可した上は
大坂より買い受けるに及ばないが、もし燈油が不足した場合は

Article 1: At this time, an oil collection center has been established at Hommachi Hashizume-cho in Osaka, and those previously called oil dealers, Edo-guchi dealers, and Kyoto-guchi dealers have all been renamed as oil wholesalers.
