現代語訳
【右丁】
どのような修行者となられたのですか」とお尋ねになったので、真海はお答えして「私は幼少の頃より都におり、皇居に朝夕伺候する身でありました。しかしかくかくの憂いによって、このように浮世を厭い、出家したのです」と語られたので、当寺（の御坊）はとても哀れに聞かれて「それでも有り難い御心ざしですね」と感心されたのであった。
