新知御加増御足高并御扶持切米御増御足附役料
一新知御加増知之分御在国之節は其者へ御直々被仰出之此時御家老中於御前着
座有之番組之輩は其番頭御次之間迄罷出ル一番組之輩は番頭御礼有之候事
一同断御在江戸之節は月番御家老中自分之宅又は於評定所被申渡之番組之輩は
其番頭被差加之番頭御供或煩等差合候時は其筆頭次之席迄罷出ル
一御扶持切米増被下候儀は御家老中番組之者へ直々被申渡也
一知行切米扶持方役料等渡方定之事
一新知加増被下事何時被仰出共其一年之物成不残被下置
但新知之面々は品により仰之其年之物成不被下置翌年ゟ被下儀有之
一知行被下面々死去之時至十月朔日は其年之物成不残被下置九月晦日迄は不被下
但跡目無之者母妻子等親類も無之流浪仕におゐては自今以後何時果候共其年之物
成五分一被下置由被仰出親兄弟伯父甥迄有之者は不及其儀筈之旨
右延宝七未八月十一日諸向へ被仰付
一切米は春二月為御取替米高ゟ三分一冬十一月三分二被下之江戸御供詰之時は春冬半

新知御加増御足高並びに御扶持切米御増御足付役料
一、新知御加増知の分、御在国の節はその者へ御直々に仰せ出される。この時御家老中が御前において着座する。番組の者たちはその番頭が御次の間まで出向く。一番組の者たちは番頭が御礼を行う。
一、同様に御在江戸の節は、月番御家老中が自分の宅又は評定所において申し渡される。番組の者たちはその番頭が同席する。番頭がお供や病気等で都合が悪い時は、その筆頭次席まで出向く。
一、御扶持切米増を下される件は、御家老中が番組の者へ直接申し渡される。
一、知行切米扶持方役料等の渡し方の定めについて
一、新知加増を下される事は、いつ仰せ出されても、その一年の物成を残らず下し置かれる。
ただし新知の面々は品により、その年の物成は下し置かれず、翌年から下される場合もある。
一、知行を下された面々が死去した時、十月朔日以降はその年の物成を残らず下し置かれるが、九月晦日までは下されない。
ただし跡目のない者で、母・妻子等親類もなく流浪している場合は、今後いつ果てても、その年の物成の五分の一を下し置く由が仰せ出された。親・兄弟・伯父・甥までいる者はその限りではない旨。
右は延宝七年（1679年）未年八月十一日、諸方面へ仰せ付けられた。
一、切米は春二月に御取替米高から三分の一、冬十一月に三分の二が下される。江戸御供詰の時は春冬半分ずつ下される。
一、新規に切米を下し置き召し出された者は、その年の切米を月割りで下される。

For first-rank unit members, the unit commander performs the formal acknowledgment.

For those in organized units, their unit commander is present. When the unit commander is accompanying the lord or is ill and cannot attend, the chief deputy of that rank appears.

1. Regulations concerning the distribution of stipends, rice allowances, stipend payments, role payments, etc.:
1. Regarding new grants and increases: Whenever announced, the full year's rice yield is granted.
However, for some new grant recipients, depending on their status, that year's rice yield may not be granted, and payments may begin from the following year.
1. When stipend recipients die: If death occurs on or after the 1st day of the 10th month, that year's full rice yield is granted; if before the last day of the 9th month, it is not granted.
However, for those without heirs who have no relatives such as mothers, wives, children, etc., and are wandering homeless, it has been decreed that regardless of when they die henceforth, one-fifth of that year's rice yield shall be granted. This does not apply to those who have parents, siblings, uncles, or nephews.
This was decreed to all departments on the 11th day of the 8th month of Enpō 7 (1679), Year of the Sheep.
1. Rice allowances: In spring (2nd month), one-third of the replacement rice amount is granted; in winter (11th month), two-thirds are granted. When serving attendance duty in Edo, half is granted in spring and half in winter.
1. Those newly granted rice allowances upon appointment receive that year's rice allowance calculated on a monthly basis.
