　但組頭其侭也席之儀表席御役以前之通被仰出候病身之事にも候故表に被致着座難儀にも有之節は韃靼之間に而御通懸之御礼に而も不苦候由被仰出
　但下野御役以前之席と被仰出只今に而は高知之頭座狛伊勢上席也　同年十一月朔日下野御役御免以後登城有之中之口ゟ鉄炮之間へ被罷出奥に而
　御通懸御礼被申上之嫡子図書高知之次に表に而御礼被仰付次男竹三郎鉄砲之間子共御礼之首へ罷出る　同十九寅七月十三日御宮火消被仰付

一延享三寅八月十八日御触頭水野善左衛門儀年も寄野辺御供太儀に思召候に付御役御免被成候旨

現代語訳

間で中御相談の上、御家老中へ申し伝えてくれるよう申し聞かせた。右の趣旨を伝えたところ、病気にて御役御免のことであれば勝手次第で中の口から出られるよう申し伝えるべき由を与三左衛門方が申し聞かせ、その段を下野へ申し伝えた。
　ただし右の病身につき、月次御礼は鉄砲の間御縁側に控えて御通りがけに御目見えを仰せ付けられた。

一、享保十七子十月十六日、御触頭松平権七が肥満し、その上痛みもある段を申し上げて御聴に達し、御役を首尾よく御免されるよう仰せ付けられた。

一、享保十五戌十月二十二日、狛伊勢方へ左膳並びに御用人笹治権左衛門・水谷織部を遣わした。御口上の趣旨は御用人が申し述べ、その外組頭等はそのまま仰せ付けられ、重き御用等がある節は御指加・御頼みされるべき旨を左膳が伝えた。御口上　御意を賜ったのは、その方は先代から御役を相勤め、就中豊仙院様御代より御勝手向御用を仰せ付けられ段々苦労され、御大慶と思し召される。当夏酒井玄蕃を以て御勝手向役掛かりのことは御免されるよう願い出たが、そのとおり相勤めるよう仰せ聞かせた。思し召し寄りがあるにつき御役を御免になるから休息されるよう思し召される。なお岡部左膳へ仰せ含めに遣わしたのは、前の酒井玄蕃のとおり組頭はそのまま仰せ付けられ、重き御用等がある節は御指加へ御頼みされるべき旨であるから、そのように心得るべきである。以上　十月二十二日　右相済み、伊勢方は御礼のため早速御座所へ出たところ、御目見えを仰せ付けられ、御家老中各々御取り合いがあった。同月二十五日、伊勢は御本丸火消を仰せ付けられた。　恕按するに伊勢の諸願は御目付取次である。また云うには翌亥二月十六日、評定所において御家中跡目のことを御書付を以て仰せ出され、諸月番が出た節、伊勢は御家老中出座前に御用番稲葉采女宅へ招かれて相渡された。

　ただし下野の御役以前の席と仰せ出され、只今では高知の頭座で狛伊勢が上席である。同年十一月朔日、下野は御役御免以後登城があり、中の口から鉄砲の間へ出て奥にて御通りがけ御礼を申し上げた。嫡子図書は高知の次に表にて御礼を仰せ付けられ、次男竹三郎は鉄砲の間で子供御礼の首へ出た。同十九寅七月十三日、御宮火消を仰せ付けられた。

一、延享三寅八月十八日、御触頭水野善左衛門は年も寄り、野辺御供が大儀と思し召されるにつき御役御免になった旨

Article 1: On the 22nd day of the 10th month of Kyoho 15 (1730), Sazen and chamberlains Sasaji Gonzaemon and Mizutani Oribe were sent to Koma Ise. The oral message was conveyed by the chamberlain, and other unit commanders were to continue as appointed, with important duties to be assigned additionally as needed, which Sazen communicated. Oral message: His lordship's words were that you have served in office since the previous lord's time, particularly being assigned financial administration duties since Lord Hosen'in's era, working diligently through various hardships, which brings great satisfaction. This summer, through Sakai Genba, you requested relief from financial administration duties, but were told to continue as before. Having particular thoughts on the matter, you are now relieved of duties and should rest. Furthermore, what was communicated to Okabe Sazen was that like former Sakai Genba, unit commander status remains unchanged, and for important duties you will be called upon additionally. This should be understood accordingly. Above　10th month 22nd day　This being completed, Ise immediately went to the audience hall to express gratitude, where he was granted audience and received attention from each of the senior councilors. On the 25th of the same month, Ise was appointed to main castle fire brigade.　Upon reflection, Ise's various petitions were handled through inspector intermediaries. Also, it is said that on the 16th day of the 2nd month of the following year of the boar, succession matters for retainer families were announced by written notice at the council chamber, and when various monthly duty officers appeared, Ise was invited to duty officer Inaba Uneme's residence before the senior councilors' session and received the documents.
