小役人以下御引立転役等
一元文元辰十月五日被仰出小役人格ゟ御取立候定左之通
小役人格之者共之儀立身相願御吟味之上段々御取立被仰付候処近年御奉公之間も
無之秀たる御用相勤候訳も相見得不申者共も有之候其上同役之者に御番組も有之
候得は年数も無之者共被仰付品にも罷成如何に候古来も同役に而年数も有之者は御番組
へ被入候秀たる御奉公も不相見年数近き者に而も類を以御番組へ被入儀相願候共御取揚
有之間敷事に候能々吟味相詰り支配〳〵に而向後可被相達候
一金津小算之事 中村安太夫は始ゟ小算也 竹村伝右衛門は始之内手代に而後小算になる小算山田
新兵衛明和六丑年金津手代壱人増に被仰付也右代河合伝右衛門手代ゟ直に小算に被仰付被遣
一御預所郡奉行河合定右衛門手代小林円右衛門明和六丑十二月十六日小算に成弐石壱人ふち増に而
直に右役勤之
一御預所役人御侍以下之分御加増等其外身分結構被仰付候節は御奉行へ別紙に而被仰付候事

小役人以下の御引き立て・転役等
一、元文元辰十月五日に仰せ出された、小役人格から御取り立ての定めは左の通り
小役人格の者たちについては、立身を願い出て御吟味の上、段々御取り立てを仰せ付けられてきたが、近年は御奉公の期間も無く、秀でた御用を相勤めた理由も見受けられない者たちもいる。その上、同役の者で御番組もあるので、年数も無い者たちが仰せ付けられる品にもなり、いかがなものである。古来も同役で年数もある者は御番組へ入れられたが、秀でた御奉公も見受けられず年数の近い者でも、類例を以て御番組へ入れることを願い出ても御取り上げはあるまじきことである。よくよく吟味を詰まり、支配頭たちで向後伝達すべきである。
一、金津小算のこと 中村安太夫は始めから小算である。竹村伝右衛門は始めの内は手代で後に小算になる。小算山田新兵衛は明和六丑年に金津手代一人増に仰せ付けられた。右の代わりとして河合伝右衛門は手代から直に小算に仰せ付けられて遣わされた。
一、御預所郡奉行河合定右衛門の手代小林円右衛門は明和六丑十二月十六日に小算になり、二石一人扶持増で直にその役を勤めた。
一、御預所役人で御侍以下の分の御加増等その外身分結構を仰せ付けられる節は、御奉行へ別紙で仰せ付けられること。
御預所元締役へは仰せ付けられないこと。

Promotions and transfers of minor officials and below
Article 1: Regulations for promotion from minor official status issued on the 5th day of the 10th month of Genbun 1 (1736) are as follows:
Regarding those of minor official status, they have petitioned for advancement and received various promotions after examination, but in recent years there are some who have served without adequate service periods and show no evidence of having performed distinguished duties. Moreover, since there are guard units among those of the same rank, it is questionable that those without sufficient years of service are being appointed to such positions. From ancient times, those of the same rank with sufficient years of service were admitted to guard units, but even for those with recent years of service who show no distinguished service, petitions to be admitted to guard units based on precedent will not be accepted. This matter should be thoroughly examined and communicated by the respective supervisors going forward.
Article 1: Regarding Kanazu minor accountants: Nakamura Yasudayu has been a minor accountant from the beginning. Takemura Denemon was initially a clerk and later became a minor accountant. Minor accountant Yamada Shinbei was appointed as an additional Kanazu clerk in the 6th year of Meiwa (1769). In his place, Kawai Denemon was directly appointed from clerk to minor accountant and dispatched.
Article 1: Kobayashi Enemon, clerk to Kawai Sadaemon who serves as district magistrate of the entrusted territory, became a minor accountant on the 16th day of the 12th month of Meiwa 6 (1769), with an increase of 2 koku and 1 stipend, and directly assumed that role.
Article 1: When retainers of samurai rank and below in the entrusted territory receive salary increases and other favorable status appointments, this shall be communicated to the magistrate by separate document.
This shall not be communicated to the chief administrator of the entrusted territory.
