一小寄合格へ御引立は拾五六年ゟ御引立尤切により夫ゟ早きも有之尤下代勤

此外御引立其場所切次第に而年数に不拘候由

文化九年御趣意有之諸下代之者諸組之内へ増割入に相成下代勤之儀諸組之内ゟ被仰付候処
以来出役勤之儀被相止以前之通諸下代之者御奉行支配に被仰候事
一文政十三寅二月十一日旧冬右之通被仰出候に付御内評候上同役ゟ相伺以後左之通御奉行御目付内
含居取斗候様今日御用番有賀極人方月番大井田喜内へ被申聞候

一文化九申年以来諸組之内ゟ出役下代勤之者追而主替之節追々組へ御返し可被成候事
但小算ゟ以下暫組へ御返し可被成候事
一下代明所有之候節は諸組之内に而以前下代株之者吟味之上御放し可被成候事
但御人撰を以可被仰付候事
一出役下代跡之者組へ御返し被成候節明所無之節は増に御入人に取斗追而明所有之節入替可

但九石取ゟ出役候者跡は御持組之内へ御入人に取斗尤此外は以前持石之場所へ御入人に
現代語訳
これまでの通り四十五両のこと
一、九石の株金は五十両のところ、組の家が無い時は四十五両、組の家を下される節はこれまでの通り五十両のこと

一、文政五年午年十二月五日、左の通り仰せ出された
以後、御帳付見習の者が十石取であれば、本役に仰せ付けられる節に二石をお増しされること

一、文政七、八年の頃、大崎七太夫へ秋田三五左衛門が承り置いた下代御引き立ての年数のこと
一、仕出場下代はまず十年位で小算へお取り立てされること
一、郡方受け込み下代は小寄合から小算格へお引き立てされること
一、御代官下代はまず二十年位でなければ小算にならないということ
一、小寄合格へのお引き立ては十五、六年からお引き立て、もっとも必要に応じてそれより早いこともあり、もっとも下代勤めからの年数のこと
この外、お引き立てはその場所の必要次第で年数にかかわらないということ

一、文政元年寅年七月、御目付物書へ組株を下される儀について、なお伺いの上仰せ付けられる儀は諸組の部の請書を下される条に出ている

文化九年に御趣意があり、諸下代の者を諸組の内へ増員割り入れとなり、下代勤めの儀を諸組の内から仰せ付けられたが、以来出役勤めの儀を止められ、以前の通り諸下代の者は御奉行支配に仰せられること
一、文政十三年寅年二月十一日、旧冬右の通り仰せ出されたにつき、御内々評議の上同役から相伺い、以後左の通り御奉行御目付が内々に含み置き取り扱うよう、今日御用番有賀極人方、月番大井田喜内へ申し聞かされた

一、文化九年申年以来、諸組の内から出役下代勤めの者は、追って主替えの節に追々組へお返しされること
ただし小算以下は暫く組へお返しされること
一、下代の空きポストがある節は、諸組の内で以前下代株であった者を吟味の上お放しされること
ただし御人選をもって仰せ付けられること
一、出役下代の跡の者を組へお返しされる節、空きが無い節は増員としてお入れ人に取り扱い、追って空きがある節に入れ替えること
ただし九石取から出役した者の跡は御持ち組の内へお入れ人に取り扱い、もっともこの外は以前の持ち石の場所へお入れ人に

1. For nine-koku stock money of fifty ryō, when there is no group house it shall be forty-five ryō, when a group house is granted it shall be fifty ryō as before

1. Bunsei 5 (1822), 12th month, 5th day, the following was proclaimed:
Hereafter, when account clerk trainees receiving ten koku are appointed to regular positions, they shall receive an increase of two koku

1. Around Bunsei 7-8 (1824-1825), regarding deputy promotion years that Akita Sangozaemon reported to Ōsaki Shichitayū:
1. Ceremonial hall deputies are promoted to minor calculation rank after about ten years
1. District reception deputies are promoted from minor assembly to minor calculation grade
1. Magistrate deputies cannot reach minor calculation rank without about twenty years
1. Promotion to minor assembly grade occurs from fifteen-sixteen years, though depending on necessity it may be earlier, counting years from deputy service
Besides this, promotions depend on the needs of each position regardless of years of service

In Bunka 9 there was a lord's intention for various deputies to be allocated as additional personnel to various groups, and deputy service was appointed from within various groups, but henceforth active service duty shall be discontinued and various deputies shall be under magistrate supervision as before
1. Bunsei 13 (1830), 2nd month, 11th day: Following the proclamation last winter, after internal deliberation colleagues made inquiry, and today duty officer Aruga Gokuhito and monthly officer Ōida Kinai were informed to handle the following matters with magistrates and inspectors keeping them in mind:

1. From Bunka 9 (1812), those serving as active deputies from within various groups shall gradually be returned to their groups when their masters change
However, those of minor calculation rank and below shall be temporarily returned to groups
1. When there are deputy openings, former deputy stock holders within various groups shall be examined and released
However, appointments shall be made through personnel selection
1. When returning successors of active deputies to groups, if there are no openings, they shall be handled as additional personnel, to be replaced when openings become available
However, successors of those who served from nine-koku positions shall be handled as additional personnel within the lord's direct groups, while others shall be placed as additional personnel in their former stipend-level positions
