取斗可申事
右は御用番に而被仰出候而は気味にも相障り不宜候間御奉行御目付に而内含に致置以来追々
右御内評書付之通取斗候様猶又御奉行へも右之段被申聞候間右書付は御奉行へも遣し候様
御家老中へも壱枚差出候様被申聞候に付夫々取扱候尤書付先達而相伺候以前御奉行へも及内
評候上御奉行も存寄無之趣に付今度改而右書付遣候事
一文政十三寅二月五日左之通諸物頭へ通達
文化九申年以来諸組ゟ致出役組家に罷在候下代勤之者追々外宅可致事
但無拠訳合有之早速難替者は遅く当年中に外宅之事
一天保二卯八月廿日御奉行ゟ伺之趣左之通
一明里御蔵所并御金方下代之儀は現物出入を始莫太之手形廻り種々込入候差引等有之各別太
切之役所柄に候得は以来右両役所下代之儀は五ヶ年相勤候はゝ小寄合格之役席に被成下又々三ヶ
年五ヶ年に而も相勤候迄其節出精之次第御評議を以小寄合格之本席に被成下候段被仰出候
而は如何可有御座哉右様被仰出候時は何も年数を重ね振込相勤候而格別役所向御手厚に
可相成儀に御座候
一此度御趣意を以御坊主并諸下代打込勤に相成銘々心掛候筋御吟味之上以来勤向得手不得
手に依り入替被仰付候段被仰出候而は如何可有御座哉右様相成候はゝ銘々向違之入替難渋
に存詰自然と当然之勤向相心掛候様に可相成哉御座候
九月廿五日右二ヶ条之趣御評議之上御用書を以御奉行今立五郎太夫へ左之通被仰出候

取り扱うべきこと
右は御用番で仰せ出されては気味にも相障り良くない間、御奉行御目付で内々に含み置き、以来追々
右の御内々評議書付の通り取り扱うよう、なお又御奉行へも右の段を申し聞かされた間、右書付は御奉行へも遣わす様
御家老中へも一枚差し出す様申し聞かされたにつき、それぞれ取り扱った。もっとも書付は先達て相伺った以前、御奉行へも内々
評議に及んだ上、御奉行も異存無い趣につき、今度改めて右書付を遣わしたこと
一、文政十三年寅年二月五日、左の通り諸物頭へ通達
文化九年申年以来、諸組から出役し組の家に罷り在る下代勤めの者は追々外宅すべきこと
ただし止むを得ない訳合があり早速替え難い者は遅くとも当年中に外宅すること
一、天保二年卯年八月二十日、御奉行から伺いの趣は左の通り
一、明里御蔵所並びに御金方下代の儀は現物出入をはじめ莫大な手形回り、種々込み入った差引等があり、格別重要な役所柄であるから、以来右両役所下代の儀は五ヶ年相勤めれば小寄合格の役席に成し下され、また三ヶ年五ヶ年でも相勤めるまで、その節の出精の次第を御評議をもって小寄合格の本席に成し下される段を仰せ出されてはいかがでしょうか。右様仰せ出される時は何も年数を重ね振り込み相勤めて格別役所向が御手厚になる儀でございます
一、この度の御趣意をもって御坊主並びに諸下代を打ち込み勤めとなし、銘々心掛けの筋を御吟味の上、以来勤め向きの得手不得手により入替を仰せ付けられる段を仰せ出されてはいかがでしょうか。右様相成れば銘々向き違いの入替を難渋に存じ詰め、自然と当然の勤め向きを相心掛ける様になるかと存じます
九月二十五日、右二ヶ条の趣を御評議の上、御用書をもって御奉行今立五郎太夫へ左の通り仰せ出された

1. Bunsei 13 (1830), 2nd month, 5th day, the following was communicated to all military commanders:
From Bunka 9 (1812), deputy officers who have been on active duty from various groups and residing in group houses shall gradually move to external residences
However, those with unavoidable circumstances who cannot move immediately must move to external residences by the end of this year at the latest
1. Tenpō 2 (1831), 8th month, 20th day, the magistrate's inquiry was as follows:
1. Regarding Akari warehouse deputies and financial office deputies: since they handle actual goods transactions, enormous promissory note circulation, and various complex accounting matters, being particularly important office positions, hereafter if deputies of these two offices serve for five years, they should be granted minor assembly grade positions, and after serving another three to five years, depending on their diligence at that time, through deliberation they should be granted regular minor assembly grade positions - how would this proclamation be? When proclaimed thus, everyone would serve longer with greater dedication, making the office operations particularly well-staffed

Based on this lord's intention, Buddhist attendants and various deputies would be assigned to integrated service, and after examining each one's dedication, hereafter reassignments should be ordered based on aptitude for their service duties - how would this proclamation be? If this were implemented, everyone would find unsuitable reassignments troublesome, and naturally would pay proper attention to their appropriate duties
On the 25th day of the 9th month, after deliberating on the above two articles, the following was proclaimed to magistrate Imadate Gorōdayū through official correspondence:
Akari warehouse deputies
Financial magistrate deputies
Hereafter, when those serving as deputies in these two offices reach five years of service, they shall be granted minor assembly grade positions, and furthermore, depending on years of diligent service, may be granted regular minor assembly grade positions
Buddhist attendants
Various deputies
Since there are aptitudes and inaptitudes in their service methods, hereafter they shall be appointed to integrated service and reassigned after examination
