一右高知ゟ番外番組に不限其跡目之者へ御家老中被申渡并死去之書付け取次候者指加之番組は
番頭差加差合候節は目付中斗差加筆頭は次之席迄令同道也
一家督被仰付候節御目付両人出席也但知行之外御擬作御扶持方之面々は壱人出席に而相済候
但隠居家督之節は御目付壱人也
一高知中家督被仰付候節御家老中宅に而も御家老中被相揃尤隠居家督に而も被相揃候事
一隠居被仰付候節忰同道に而罷出候様御家老中ゟ御呼出有之候節忰不快等に而難罷出候節は親

一、元禄十五年午十一月二日、松平庄兵衛方の宅にて、栃屋半右衛門差加、水野藤兵衛
右、水野源七跡式百石を相違なく藤兵衛に仰せ付けられる旨、庄兵衛方より申し渡されました。その節、月番飯沼官兵衛、長谷川伝兵衛が出頭しました。
一、同五日、評定所にて、半井為竹差加、野治孝太郎
右、野治汝謙跡式として孝太郎に十人扶持を仰せ付けられる旨、庄兵衛方より申し渡されました。右の節、飯沼官兵衛、長谷川仁兵衛が出座いたしました。
一、同十六年未十二月二十八日、酒井典膳宅にて、芦田左衛門差加、笹治尚膳
右、尚膳の儀は親大学跡式として二千六百石を仰せ付けられる旨、松平庄兵衛、酒井与三左衛門并びに高屋善右衛門、波々伯部小右衛門が列座し、典膳方より申し渡されました。

右、権四郎の儀は親大学分知五百石を仰せ付けられ、来春江戸御供を仰せ付けられる旨、右同断にて申し渡されました。その節、飯沼官兵衛、川合定右衛門が出頭しました。高田金太夫月番、井上半太夫の儀は御本丸へ出頭するにつき出頭せず【以下判読不能】
跡式を仰せ付けられること
一、右高知から番外番組に限らず、その跡目の者へ御家老中より申し渡され、并びに死去の書付を取り次ぐ者を指加します。その番組は番頭差加が差し合う節は目付中のみ差加し、筆頭は次の席まで同道させます。
一、家督を仰せ付けられる節は御目付両人が出席します。ただし知行の外、御擬作御扶持方の面々は一人出席にて相済みます。
ただし隠居家督の節は御目付一人です。
一、高知中家督を仰せ付けられる節は御家老中の宅においても御家老中が相揃います。もっとも隠居家督においても相揃うことです。
一、隠居を仰せ付けられる節、息子同道にて出頭するよう御家老中より御呼出しがある節、息子が不快等にて出頭し難い節は親のみにて相済みます。御礼廻勤は一家とも名代にて廻勤いたします。
ただし文化四年卯正月二十四日、松原四郎兵衛隠居を仰せ付けられる節、息子が煩うにつき親のみにて相済みました。
一、跡式は忌五十日以後に仰せ出されます。しかしながらその内格別の族がある場合、呼出しの節は取次まで同道させるべき旨が伝えられ、日数不満といえども仰せ付けられることもあります。
ただし高知の家督は四十九日に仰せ付けられることです。

The above, as Noji Joken's successor position, Kōtarō was granted ten-person rice allowance, as conveyed by Shōbei. On this occasion, Iinuma Kanbei and Hasegawa Jinbei were present.
1. Same 16th year, 12th month, 28th day: At Sakai Tenzen's residence, Ashida Saemon presiding, Sasaji Shōzen
The above, regarding Shōzen's case, he was granted his father Daigaku's successor position of 2,600 koku, as conveyed by Tenzen with Matsudaira Shōbei, Sakai Yosazaemon, Takaya Zenemon, and Hahakabe Koemon in attendance.

The above, regarding Gonshirō's case, he was granted his father Daigaku's divided stipend of 500 koku and appointed to accompany to Edo next spring, conveyed in the same manner. On that occasion, Iinuma Kanbei and Kawai Sadaemon appeared. Takada Kintayū monthly duty officer and Inoue Handayū did not appear as they had to report to the Main Castle [remainder illegible].
Regarding successor appointments
1. From the above high-ranking positions, regardless of whether regular or irregular guard units, announcements to successors are made by the Senior Councilors, and those who relay death notifications are designated. For those guard units, when guard commanders are occupied with appointments, only inspectors are designated, and the senior officer accompanies up to the next seat.
1. When family succession is granted, two inspectors attend. However, for those receiving stipends other than fiefs, such as provisional grants and rice allowances, one inspector's attendance suffices.
However, for retirement successions, one inspector attends.

Genbun 1, 12th month, 25th day: Granted stipend of 150 koku without change, entered Great Guard unit The above, Senior Ashigaru Commander Katō Sozaemon died of illness on the 18th of this 11th month in Edo
However, the mourning procedures have not yet been conveyed, but since Jinzō's illness is heard to be serious, the announcement was made today.
