一、寛政十午年土屋新之丞御暇をお与えになったところ、五郎太夫勤中勤功があったにつき、石原喜左衛門方虎蔵へ（当年九歳）十人扶持をお与えになり家名相続を仰せ付けられたにつき、九月二十日御用人渡辺十郎左衛門宅にて左の通り申し渡されました
一、土屋新之丞の儀御暇をお与えになったところ、五郎太夫勤中勤功があったにつき家名相続を仰せ付けられた上は、忌服の受け方について、当虎蔵の儀は五郎太夫夫婦を養父母のごとく五十日十三月、その外の親類は右に準じ忌服を受けるべきこと
一、すべて御暇をお与えになりその後他家より家名相続を仰せ付けられても他人に仰せ付けられた儀につき、右新之丞と虎蔵の儀は忌服の御請けに及ばないこと
服忌令の文
一、子がなく死去した者の名跡相続のため新規に家督相続する時は養子のごとく忌服があるべし。死去した者の妻は養母に準ずべきこと
