は三十日程有之候と跡目無相違被仰付候事
一同断一統格以上之者に候得は御奉行御目付へ篤と熟談之上拙者《割書：御作事｜奉行也》共ゟ直に御用番へ口上
書并勤書差出候得は直様立替被仰付候夫ゟ廻勤為致半日程見合病死之達致候而為引籠候事
一同断小算格以下之者は御奉行御目付へ熟談之上御奉行拙者《割書：御作事｜奉行也》共に而諸事取斗可申事
一同断之節是迄拙者《割書：同上｜》共ゟ御家老中へ直々申達御差図を以跡目申付候儀も有之又は御奉行へ
現代語訳
養子為吉を十二石三人扶持の小算に仰せ付けられ、さらに五月三日以後は御徒出身の御帳付に限り十二石三人扶持の小算に成し下されるよう定められる
一十五石三人扶持 小算または御坊主出身の御帳付一統の跡は十石二人扶持の小算に仰せ付けられる事
但し小算や御坊主出身でも十五石三人扶持の小役人格であれば、跡式は十二石三人扶持の跡目小算に仰せ付けられる事
一十二石または十石三人扶持 一統格 跡は十石二人扶持の小算に仰せ付けられる事
一十石二人扶持または八石二人扶持 同じく御坊主 跡は八石二人扶持の並御坊主に仰せ付けられる事
一十二石三人扶持 跡目小算 跡は十石二人扶持の並小算に仰せ付けられる事
一十石二人扶持 御取立小算 跡は八石二人扶持の徒下代に仰せ付けられる事
一十石または八石二人扶持 小算格 跡は右同断

一十五石または十三石三人扶持 御料理方で小役人同格または一統格 跡は格式に関わらず十一石三人扶持の小算格定末御料理方席に仰せ付けられる事
但し文化年中までは小役人格の御料理方の跡式を一統格の十五石、十三石等に仰せ付けられることもあったが、同九申年の御趣意以来、本文の通りに仰せ付けられる事

一中判役立て替わりの事
一中判役立て替わりの節、小役人格以上の者は願書と勤務記録を差し出せば直ちに御用番へ指し出すべきである。そうであれば願書・勤務記録共に御預かりになるはずで、その節病死の届けも致し持参して病死の届けを致した上で、忌中のため引き込んで罷り在れば三十日程あると跡目を相違なく仰せ付けられる事
一同断で一統格以上の者であれば御奉行・御目付へ篤と熟談の上、拙者（御作事奉行なり）どもから直ちに御用番へ口上書並びに勤務記録を差し出せば直様立て替わりを仰せ付けられ、それから廻り勤めを致すため半日程見合わせ、病死の届けを致して引き籠もる事
一同断で小算格以下の者は御奉行・御目付へ熟談の上、御奉行・拙者（御作事奉行なり）どもにて諸事取り計らうべき事
一同断の節、これまで拙者ども（同上）から御家老中へ直々申し達し、御指図を以て跡目を申し付けることもあり、または御奉行へ

Adopted son Tamekichi shall be appointed as accountant with 12 koku and support for 3 persons, and furthermore, from the 3rd day of the 5th month onward, it is established that only record keepers from foot soldier backgrounds shall be granted positions as accountants with 12 koku and support for 3 persons
One: 15 koku, 3 persons Record keepers from accountant or Buddhist attendant backgrounds in unified positions - successors shall be appointed as accountants with 10 koku and support for 2 persons
However, even if from accountant or Buddhist attendant backgrounds, if they hold minor official rank with 15 koku and 3 persons, their succession shall be appointed as succession accountants with 12 koku and 3 persons
One: 12 koku or 10 koku, 3 persons Unified rank Successors shall be appointed as accountants with 10 koku and support for 2 persons
One: 10 koku, 2 persons or 8 koku, 2 persons Buddhist attendants of the same rank Successors shall be appointed as regular Buddhist attendants with 8 koku and support for 2 persons
One: 12 koku, 3 persons Succession accountants Successors shall be appointed as regular accountants with 10 koku and support for 2 persons
One: 10 koku, 2 persons Specially appointed accountants Successors shall be appointed as foot soldier clerks with 8 koku and support for 2 persons
One: 10 koku or 8 koku, 2 persons Accountant rank Successors receive the same treatment as above

One: When replacing deputy middle inspectors, those of minor official rank or above shall submit petition documents and service records, which shall be presented directly to the duty officer. In such cases, both petition documents and service records shall be held in custody. At that time, death reports shall also be submitted and carried, and after submitting death reports, if one remains in seclusion during the mourning period, after about thirty days the succession shall be appointed without error
