御国他国御用被仰渡事
一江戸御供番帳定載に付候分は不及被仰渡右之外に被召連輩番頭物頭格式之面々
迄は御家老中被申渡番組之輩は奏者番中申渡之
一江戸京都其外他国御使之事高知中へは御家老中被申渡之其外寄合寄合番頭と云
とも大概奏者番中申渡之
但宜依御用之品事
一巡見衆御出之節御馳走附御城下御泊之節火之番同松本口固メ右何も御先物頭
勤之於勘定所御家老中被申渡候也
一在々宗門改御先物頭両人上下分而勤之御使番両人同断右於評定所御家
老中被被申渡之
一宝暦二酉年御持弓頭杉田五太夫江戸に而病気御国へ御返被成候に付右代り江戸詰御先物頭
順番柘植伊右衛門へ被仰付候節五月十二日芦田図書方御用人並河一九郎へ被申渡一九郎

但前々御先物頭江戸詰は御家老中被申渡御側物頭江戸詰は御用人申渡候事に候得共
此度之儀は差急之儀其上御持物頭代りに被遣候事故御持物頭之取扱を以御用人

御国・他国御用を仰せ渡される事
一江戸御供番帳の定めに載せられている分については仰せ渡されるに及ばず。右の外に召し連れられる輩のうち、番頭・物頭格式の面々までは御家老中から申し渡され、番組の輩は奏者番中から申し渡される。
一江戸・京都その外他国への御使いの事。高知中へは御家老中から申し渡される。その外の寄合・寄合番頭といえども大概は奏者番中から申し渡される。
但し御用の品によることもある。
一巡見衆がお出での節の御馳走役、御城下御泊りの節の火の番、同じく松本口固めの役。右は何れも御先物頭が勤める。勘定所において御家老中から申し渡される。
一在郷での宗門改めは御先物頭両人が上下に分かれて勤める。御使番両人も同断。右は評定所において御家老中から申し渡される。
一宝暦二年酉年、御持弓頭杉田五太夫が江戸にて病気のため御国へお返しになったことにつき、右の代わりとして江戸詰御先物頭の順番で柘植伊右衛門へ仰せ付けられた節、五月十二日に芦田図書方御用人並河一九郎へ申し渡され、一九郎から伊右衛門へ申し渡された。
但し前々から御先物頭江戸詰は御家老中から申し渡され、御側物頭江戸詰は御用人から申し渡されることであったが、この度の儀は差し急ぎの儀であり、その上御持物頭の代わりに遣わされることゆえ、御持物頭の取り扱いを以て御用人から申し渡したと一九郎が申し聞かせた。
