惣而被仰出品々
一享和元酉三月五日御省略之儀に付御家中へ御書付を以被仰出同六日諸役筋へ被仰出有之
一同二戌二月十一日此度江戸御上屋敷御焼失に付三ヶ年半減御借米町在へ二万両御用金被
仰出之
一同年七月廿五日於御座所被仰出之左之通
一御本丸御移之節年始三ケ日之外表通り相廻候御供廻相止内通り御供之者御駕廻り御近習
斗被召進御槍之儀も御枕槍斗に御省略之事
但御参詣御供廻り之儀は是迄之通且御供立御徒を初江戸御供御行列之通間々詰延込不
申様可被申聞候
一野廻り御供装束之儀是迄之通暑寒共に麻木綿之内単羽織勝手次第可致着用事
但紺足袋切草鞋等之儀前々通可為勝手次第事
一御鵜川之節御船印并御水主頭印被相止候事
一式日御役人共并御徒目付継肩衣可致着用事
一御徒頭見廻り候儀毎日朝壱度に被仰付候事
但部屋相止御用向有之節は長囲炉裏末に可罷在事
一御目付泊番相止日之内斗当番被仰付候事

総じて仰せ出された品々
一 享和元年酉三月五日 御省略の儀につき御家中へ御書付をもって仰せ出され、同六日諸役筋へ仰せ出されたことがある
一 同二年戌二月十一日 このたび江戸御上屋敷御焼失につき三ヶ年半減御借米、町在へ二万両御用金が仰せ出された
一 同年七月二十五日 御座所において仰せ出されたのは左の通り
一 御本丸御移りの節、年始三ヶ日の外は表通り相廻る御供廻りを相止め、内通り御供の者、御駕廻り、御近習のみを召し進められ、御槍の儀も御枕槍のみに御省略すること
ただし御参詣御供廻りの儀はこれまでの通り、かつ御供立御徒をはじめ江戸御供御行列の通り、間々詰延込み申さぬよう申し聞かせるべきこと
一 野廻り御供装束の儀、これまでの通り暑寒ともに麻木綿の内、単羽織勝手次第着用致すべきこと
ただし紺足袋切草鞋等の儀は前々通り勝手次第とすべきこと
一 御鵜川の節の御船印並びに御水主頭印を相止められること
一 式日御役人共並びに御徒目付は継肩衣を着用致すべきこと
一 御徒頭見廻りの儀、毎日朝一度に仰せ付けられること
ただし部屋を相止め御用向きある節は長囲炉裏末に罷在すべきこと
一 御目付泊番を相止め日の内のみ当番仰せ付けられること

Various matters decreed in general
One: On the 5th day of the 3rd month of Kyōwa 1, Year of the Rooster - regarding economy measures, a written notice was issued to the retainer group, and on the 6th day of the same month, it was decreed to various official departments
One: On the 11th day of the 2nd month of Kyōwa 2, Year of the Dog - due to the fire that destroyed the Edo upper residence, a three-year half-reduction borrowing of rice and a forced loan of 20,000 ryō from towns and rural areas was decreed
One: On the 25th day of the 7th month of the same year - what was decreed at the lord's quarters is as follows:
One: When moving to the main castle, except for the first three days of the New Year, the entourage circulating through the front routes shall be stopped, and only those attending through inner routes, palanquin bearers, and close attendants shall be summoned, with spears also reduced to only bedside spears as an economy measure
However, regarding entourages for shrine visits, these shall continue as before, and attendant foot soldiers and Edo escort processions shall be instructed not to cause delays through crowding
One: Regarding attire for countryside escort duties, as before, in both hot and cold weather, plain haori jackets of hemp or cotton may be worn at one's discretion
However, regarding navy tabi socks, straw sandals, etc., these shall remain at one's discretion as before
One: During cormorant fishing, boat banners and head boatman banners shall be discontinued
One: On ceremonial days, officials and foot soldier inspectors shall wear formal shoulder garments
One: Inspections by foot soldier commanders shall be appointed once daily in the morning
However, when the room is closed and there are official duties, they shall remain at the end of the long hearth
One: Overnight duty by inspectors shall be discontinued, with duty appointments only during daytime hours
