処を此方へ買い取り、
一代銀何百何拾匁相渡し候ところ、間違い無く御座候。もっとも右田地今日より此方へ請け取り候上は、何時なりとも右の元銀
並びに受け取り置き候【「証文共」抜カ】
御返し候わば、早速右の田残らず戻し申すべく候。

...the land was purchased by us,
paying the agreed amount of several hundred and several tens of monme in silver without any discrepancy. Moreover, since we have received the aforementioned rice field from today, whenever the original silver amount
and the documents we have received ["together with certificates" crossed out]
are returned to us, we shall immediately return all of the aforementioned rice field.
