現代語訳
田中隼人忠政の娘 天明二年（寅年）五月四日誕生
一、寛政元年（酉年）閏六月、両講所の句読師が減員されたため、毎朝の素読の際に句読師の手伝いを務めるよう、また自己修行もあることではあるが、出精して手伝うよう仰せ付けられた事
一、同三年（亥年）正月、両講所句読師の手伝いとして相勤めている者どもは武芸の修行に支障をきたすという理由で取りやめになる予定であったが、これまで出精して相勤め、労費もかかった儀であるため、学校料の内から金二分を下賜された事
一、同月、両講所句読師を仰せ付けられた事
一、同年八月、句読師の銘儀を誦師と改められた事
一、同六年（寅年）七月、兼ねてより雅楽の筋で出精していたため、古川才之進の跡を継いで雅楽指南を仰せ付けられ、主立（つづく）
