一同三亥年八月追鳥狩ニ罷出
獲いたし拝領仕候
但此後ならし馬揃之節

相組一同御称美被成下候事

把を下賜された事
一、同三年（亥年）八月、追鳥狩に参加し、獲物を得て拝領した
但し、この後、馬揃えの際に参加した事
一、同年九月、当年の追鳥狩の際、隊の連携が都合次第でよく見え、かつ列伍足並み進退等が特によく揃い、畢竟出精したことと思し召される段について、組一同が御称美を賜った事
一、文化二年（丑年）正月、諸式御知行四百五十石を相違なく下賜された事
一、同四年（卯年）十一月、物頭を仰せ付けられた事
一、同月、この度蝦夷地警固の御用を仰せ付けられたため、右御用を仰せ付けられ、樺太詰として心得るよう仰せ付けられた事
