思召御酒被下置候事
一同年十二月此度蝦夷地御
固御用として罷越海陸徃来
を始於彼地数日勤労いたし
御用無滞相済不残帰陣致
御満怡ニ被 思召候依之於
御城御料理被下置候事
一同六巳年八月蝦夷地御固御用
相勤致勤労候ニ付御帷子一
重被下置候事
一同月追鳥狩ニ罷出候事
現代語訳
蝦夷地警固の御用のため出発することになり、大書院において御目見を仰せ付けられ、小書院において御流を頂戴し、樺太島へ出発した事
一、同年八月、帰陣したため御城において御目見を仰せ付けられた
但し、帰着の際、塩川宿において御用が滞りなく済み、帰宿した。海陸の往来で辛労の至りであったと思し召され、御酒を下賜された事
一、同年十二月、この度蝦夷地警固の御用として出向き、海陸往来をはじめ、現地において数日勤労し、御用を滞りなく済ませ、残らず帰陣したことを御満足に思し召されたため、御城において御料理を下賜された事
一、同六年（巳年）八月、蝦夷地警固の御用に勤め、勤労したため、御帷子一重を下賜された事
一、同月、追鳥狩に参加した事

For the duty of guarding Ezo territory, he was granted an audience at the Ō-shoin and received御流 (ceremonial sake) at the Ko-shoin before departing for Karafuto Island.
1. In the eighth month of the same year, upon returning from his mission, he was granted an audience at the castle.
However, upon his return, his duties were completed without delay at Shiokawa post station and he returned to his lodgings. As his travels by sea and land were deemed extremely arduous, he was granted sake.
1. In the twelfth month of the same year, having gone on this Ezo territory guard duty, including sea and land travel, and having worked diligently for several days at that location, completing his duties without delay and returning in full, this was deemed most satisfactory, and he was granted a meal at the castle.
1. In the eighth month of Bunka 6 (Year of the Snake), having served diligently in Ezo territory guard duty, he was granted one layer of ceremonial summer clothing (katabira).
1. In the same month, he participated in the hunting expedition.
