七日眞言ヲ唱ルト雖トモ心既ニ攺テ天帝ヲ尊敬
スルカ故ニ其精誠今世ニテ天上ニ通達シテ天帝
ノ惠ヲ得タリ況ヤ生涯信心ヲ凝メ崇敬シ奉ル
ヲヤ然ラハ面々心ヲ決シテ天帝ノ尊恩ヲ忘レ
奉ラス縱令今世ハ火水磔罪牛割車割ノ苦ヲ受
ルトモソレヲ以テ未來永劫ノ苦ニ替ヘ今拜シ奉
ル所ノ天上ニ至ラント思フヘシ然ラハ天帝本
尊ヲ拜セシメン迚クルスト云物ヲ取出ス此ク
ルスト云物ハ黃金ヲ以テ先二寸四分程ニシテ
針ヲ植タル如クニシテ《割書：今ノ山葵卸｜ト云物ノ如》二尺計ノ柄
現代語訳
七日間真言を唱えただけであるが、心がすでに改まって天帝を尊敬するがゆえに、その精誠が今世において天上に通達して天帝の恵みを得た。まして生涯信心を凝らして崇敬し奉るならばなおさらである。それならば各々心を決して天帝の尊い恩を忘れ奉らず、たとえ今世は火刑・水刑・磔刑・牛割き・車割きの苦を受けるとも、それをもって未来永劫の苦に替えて、今拝し奉る所の天上に至ろうと思うべきである。それならば天帝本尊を拝ませようとして、クルスという物を取り出す。このクルスという物は、黄金をもって先を二寸四分ほどにして、針を植えたようにして（割書：今の山葵おろしという物のような）、二尺ばかりの柄
英語訳
"Although you have only chanted mantras for seven days, because your hearts have already been reformed and you venerate the Heavenly Emperor, that sincere devotion has reached heaven in this present world and you have received the Heavenly Emperor's blessing. How much more so if you concentrate your faith and worship reverently throughout your entire lives. Therefore, each of you should make up your mind not to forget the precious grace of the Heavenly Emperor, and even if in this present world you must suffer the torments of burning, drowning, crucifixion, being torn apart by oxen, or being torn apart by carts, you should think to exchange that for eternal suffering in the future and reach the heaven that you now worship." Then, in order to make them worship the Heavenly Emperor as the principal deity, they brought out an object called a "kurusu" (cross). This object called kurusu was made of gold, with the tip about 2 sun and 4 bu in length, shaped like a planted needle (marginal note: like what is now called a wasabi grater), with a handle of about 2 shaku
