如ク憐ミ惠ミ給フ必ス今世ヲ顧ルヿ勿レ未來
永劫ヲ頼ミ奉レト云ケレハ多クノ者共血マフ
レノ手ヲ合テ拜シテ退去ス追々集ル所ノ病人
快復ヲ得難治ノ者共死スルモ數多ナリ大難病
ニテ諸醫ノ力ニ及サル者快復ヲ得タルモ三十
人ニ及ヘリ如斯ノ方便ヲ以テ追々此門徒ニ歸
伏スル者夥シ其中ニ智慧才覺アツテ破天連ノ
門弟子ト成リ愚蒙ノ者ヲ教化スル者三人アリ
一人ハ生國加賀ノ國ノ者ニテ禪家ノ僧名ヲ慧
春ト號ス此僧癩瘡ヲ病ミ身躰破レ膿血溢腫僧

のように憐れみ恵み給う。必ず今世を顧みることなかれ、未来永劫を頼み奉れ」と言ったので、多くの者共が血まみれの手を合わせて拝して退去した。次々と集まってくる病人の中で、快復を得がたい者共が死ぬのも数多くあったが、大難病で諸医の力が及ばない者が快復を得たのも三十人に及んだ。このような方便をもって、次々とこの門徒に帰伏する者が夥しくあった。その中に智慧才覚があって、バテレンの門弟子となり、愚かな者を教化する者が三人いた。一人は生国が加賀国の者で、禅宗の僧で名を慧春と号した。この僧は癩瘡を病み、身体が破れて膿血が溢れ腫れ

Among the sick people who gathered one after another, there were many who could not recover and died, but those who recovered from serious illnesses that were beyond the power of various doctors also numbered thirty people. Through such expedient means, countless people successively submitted to this religious sect. Among them were three people who had wisdom and talent, became disciples of the padres, and taught the ignorant. One person was from Kaga Province, a Zen monk whose name was Keishun. This monk suffered from leprosy, his body was broken and swollen with overflowing pus and blood
