家ノ交リ叶ハス其親貧賤ニシテ保養スルヿモ叶 ハサリケレハ乞食トナリ京都ニ到リ眞葛ケ原 ノ邊ニ倒レ卧テ在リシヲ南蠻寺ヨリ引取リ兩 イルマン施藥シテ數月ヲ歴ケル所ニ癩病漸クニ 平愈シテ遂ニ全體快復スルヿヲ得タリ此僧大 キニ悅ヒ誠ニ不思議ノ因緣ヲ以テ天帝廣大ノ 恩惠ヲ蒙リ難病忽ニ全快ヲ得テ再ビ人界ノ生 ヲマヌカル此高恩ヲ報センニハ縱ヒ粉骨碎身 ストモ宗門ノ爲ニセンヿ本望タルヘシ迚信心ニ 歸伏ス今一人ハ和泉ノ國境ノ商人吳服屋安右
