シ人民ノ利欲ヨリ歸伏セ令ルヿ未タ聞ス今度
汝カ母ヲ親ミ近付シ計謀誠ニ以テ懼ルヘシ後
如何ナル害ヲナサンモ計リ難シ殊更當時大名
ノ中ニ少々信仰スル族モ有之由相聞ユ事ユル
カセニ計テ大身ノ歴々此宗ニ歸伏スル者數多

知って、まず財宝をもって汝の母を宗門に帰伏させ、それより次第に汝を門徒となし、汝をもって我に近づき親しまんと計略を巡らしたことは間違いない。そもそも仏法の説法教化は、誰が言うところも同じことであるとはいえ、その人の道徳によって人が信じ、道が行われるものである。南蛮宗のように財宝を費やし、人民の利欲から帰伏させることは未だ聞いたことがない。今度、汝の母に親しく近づいた計略は、誠に恐るべきことである。後にどのような害をなすかも計り難い。殊に当時、大名の中にも少々信仰する者どもがあると聞いている。ゆるがせに計って、大身の歴々がこの宗に帰伏する者が数多く
