ルヘシ召捕ヘテ栲問スヘシト命セラル卽時ニ
兩人ヲ召戒糺明セラル〱處告須蒙壽問ノ兩人
ト白狀明白ナリケレハ天正十六年九月十九日
粟田口ニ於テ磔罪ニ行ハル是ヨリ京大坂ハ勿
論諸國二令ヲ傳ヘ密ニ内證ニ天帝ノ畫像ヲ掛
テ眞言ヲ唱ヘ信仰スル者共嚴密ニ僉議アリケ
レハ此時ニ大方此宗門斷絶ス
天正十六年ヨリ同廿四年ヲ歴テ慶長十六年西
國肥後國ニシテ加藤肥後守淸正病死アリケレ
ハ其節ヲ窺ヒ肥後國宇登郡ニ梅庵カ弟子アツ

べし。召し捕らえて拷問すべし」と命じられた。即座に両人を召し捕らえて糾明されたところ、告須蒙寿問の両人であると白状して明白となったので、天正十六年九月十九日、粟田口において磔罪に処された。これより京都・大坂はもちろん諸国に令を伝え、密かに内証に天帝の画像を掛けて真言を唱え信仰する者共を厳密に詮議したところ、この時に大方この宗門は断絶した。
天正十六年より同二十四年を経て慶長十六年、西国肥後国にて加藤肥後守清正が病死したので、その節を窺い、肥後国宇登郡に梅庵が弟子があった
