塲堺七道ノ濵此三箇所ニ五十俵宛積上ル攺宗 ノ願ヒ有ル者ハ俵ノ儘コロヒ出テ願ヲ達ス願 所ノ宗門ヲ聞其寺ノ寺僧ヲ呼ヒ其寺ノ檀那ニ 仕ル旨證文ヲ奉行ヘ差出ス是レ寺手形ノ始ル 所ナリ攺宗スル者ヲコロフト云モ是等ノ節ニ 始ル事ナルヘシ其節逺州敷智郡炭㧞ト云處ニ 此宗門起ル是ハ告須蒙カ暫ク此國ニ止リシウ チノ弟子共ナリ奉行所ヨリ之ヲ制止ス大坂ニ テコロハヌ者三人内一人ハ錺屋七兵衞逆磔百 姓八右衞門同罪靑物屋惣吉ハ水責ニテ死ス京

場、堺、七道の浜、この三箇所に五十俵ずつ積み上げる。改宗の願いがある者は俵のまま転び出て願いを達する。願い出た所の宗門を聞き、その寺の寺僧を呼び、その寺の檀那になる旨の証文を奉行へ差し出す。これが寺手形の始まる所である。改宗する者を「コロブ」と言うのも、これらの節に始まる事であろう。その節、遠州敷智郡炭抜という処にこの宗門が起こる。これは告須蒙が暫くこの国に止まったうちの弟子共である。奉行所よりこれを制止する。大坂にて転ばない者三人、内一人は飾屋七兵衛で逆磔、百姓八右衛門は同罪、青物屋惣吉は水責めにて死す。京
