一今度鉾持三社大権現御みこしニ付而三人
神主衆御ミこしかき六人出シ申候内六人ハ鉾持うち

現代語訳
一、この度鉾持三社大権現の御神輿について、三人の神主衆が御神輿担ぎ六人を出し申し候。その内六人は鉾持打子衆が出し申すべく候。その上、散銭の儀は右十二人の内にて当分出し申し候。その上、何時なりとも御神輿が罷り出る場合は、右の十二人の御神輿担ぎの儀は三人の神主衆が調えてお出しになるべく候。そのために、このように（定める）。

1. Regarding the portable shrine (mikoshi) of the Three Shrines Great Gongen of Hokoji on this occasion: the three Shinto priests shall provide six mikoshi carriers. Among these, six shall be provided by the Hokoji uchiko (shrine supporters). Furthermore, regarding the matter of scattered coins (offerings), they shall be provided for the time being from among the aforementioned twelve people. Moreover, whenever the portable shrine is brought out, the matter of the twelve mikoshi carriers shall be arranged and provided by the three Shinto priests. For this purpose, we establish this agreement.
