然所ニ三年目ニ右之和泉殿因幡殿山林
門前地形御取上被成候ニ付住持旦那共々
為如此ニ候てハ寺つふれ申候間已前之通
御付被下候得与様々御訴訟申上候得共
不相叶終ニ御返シ不被下何共迷惑仕候
紛無御座候証拠ニ者御朱印数通
其上鉾持三社大権現建福寺山を
御借り御住被成候付毎年為御礼
寺中江御入被成候其古江者礼銭茂
納申候扨此度御訴訟之時節と奉存知候間
建福寺弥次第ニ及破滅申候間御慈悲ニ
右之趣被 聞召分ヶ古来之通りニ
山林門前地形共ニ御付可被下置候

現代語訳
ところが三年目に、右の和泉殿・因幡殿が山林・門前の土地をお取り上げになりました。そのため住持・檀那ともども、「このようでは寺がつぶれてしまいますので、以前の通りお付与ください」と様々に訴訟を申し上げましたが、叶わず、ついにお返しいただけず、まことに困っております。
間違いのない証拠としては、御朱印が数通ございます。その上、鉾持三社大権現が建福寺の山をお借りになってお住まいになっているため、毎年お礼として寺中へお入りになります。その昔は礼銭も納めておりました。
さて、この度が訴訟の時節と存じます。建福寺がますます破滅に向かっておりますので、御慈悲により、右の趣旨をお聞き分けいただき、古来の通りに山林・門前の土地ともにお付与くださいますよう、ひとえに御慈悲をお仰ぎ申し上げます。

However, in the third year, the aforementioned Izumi-dono and Inaba-dono confiscated the mountain forests and temple grounds. Therefore, both the head priest and parishioners made various appeals saying "If things continue this way, the temple will be destroyed, so please grant us the lands as before," but this was not granted, and in the end the lands were not returned to us, causing us great distress.
As indisputable evidence, we possess several vermillion seal documents. Moreover, since the Hokoji Three Shrine Daigongen borrows and resides on Kenpuku-ji's mountain, they visit the temple annually as thanks. In ancient times, they also paid礼銭 (ceremonial money).
Now, we believe this is the proper time for this lawsuit. As Kenpuku-ji is increasingly heading toward destruction, we humbly beseech your mercy to hear and understand the aforementioned circumstances, and grant us the mountain forests and temple grounds as in ancient times. We earnestly implore your compassion.
