【巻上廿八丁表】
法にしたのはへ十八表をひたりみきにをきて
さて左の十八表にうへのはへ八表をくわへる時
廿六表になる これを二つにわれは十三表に
なるなり
又右の十八表に一表くわへる時に十九表に成
此内をうへのはへ八表引時残て十一表になる
これに左の十三表をかくれは百四十三表と
しるへし

八俵 十八俵
○百四十三俵あり
計算法：下の俵十八俵を左右に置いて
さて左の十八俵に上の俵八俵を加える時
二十六俵になる これを二つに割れば十三俵に
なるなり
また右の十八俵に一俵加える時に十九俵となる
この中から上の俵八俵を引く時残って十一俵になる
これに左の十三俵を掛ければ百四十三俵と
知るべし

Method: Place the lower 18 bags on both left and right.
Then when adding the upper 8 bags to the 18 bags on the left,
it becomes 26 bags. Divide this by 2 to get 13 bags.
Also, when adding 1 bag to the 18 bags on the right, it becomes 19 bags.
When subtracting the upper 8 bags from this, 11 bags remain.
Multiply this by the 13 bags on the left to find 143 bags.
