一、三月十三日、本多内蔵助（富紹）、江戸着後直ちに常盤橋御屋敷へ罷り出候につき、
御目見を仰せ付けられ、御太刀・金馬代を献上し、御料理を下されて退去。
一、同日、右同断につき、御届けのため御用番・松平能登守（乗賢）殿、西丸御老中・
西尾隠岐守（忠尚）殿へ、御使者として御留守居・浅井源左衛門（政之）を差し出された。
一、同月十五日、右同断につき、本庄屋敷まで御使いとして御側役・飯田儀兵衛（安至）をもって、
御熨斗目（一）・御小袖（二）を下された。
一、同日、右同断につき、在府の内、乗物にて相勤め候様になされたく候につき、
御用番・松平能登守（乗賢）殿へ御使者として御留守居・浅井源左衛門（政之）をもって、
左の通り御口上書を差し出された。

Item: On the thirteenth day of the third month, Honda Kuranosuke (Tominori/Fukunobu) arrived in Edo and immediately proceeded to the Tokiwabashi residence [of the lord]. Upon this occasion, he was granted an audience (o-mie), presented a sword and a gold horse-substitute gift, was served a formal meal, and then withdrew.
Item: On the same day, regarding the same matter, to give official notification, the留守居 (resident deputy) Asai Genzaemon (Masayuki) was sent as messenger to the duty senior councillor (go-yōban) Matsudaira Noto-no-kami (Noriyoshi), and to the Nishi-maru Senior Councillor Nishio Oki-no-kami (Tadanao).
Item: On the fifteenth day of the same month, regarding the same matter, the side chamberlain (o-soba-yaku) Iida Gihei (Yasuyuki) was dispatched as a messenger to the Honjo residence, conveying a gift of one noshime (formal patterned robe) and two kosode (short-sleeved kimono).
