家来・本多内蔵助の儀、今度この表へ出府致し候につき、代々乗物にて
相勤め申し候間、内蔵助の儀、先例の通り乗物にて相勤めさせ
度く存じ奉り候。この段相伺い候。以上。
三月十五日 松平兵部大輔
但し、右を差し出し候処、誓詞に及ばず、御目付へ御断状を差し出され
候様、追って御書付をもって御差図これあり。
一、三月十六日、右同断、御目見の儀につき、御用番・松平能登守(乗賢)殿へ
小笠原縫殿助殿をもって、左の通り御口上書を差し出された。
先達って御届け仕り候、私家来・本多内蔵助の儀、今度出府
為し候。先格の通り、御序の節、
御目見を仰せ付け下し置かれ候様に願い奉り存じ候。以上。

一、同日、本多内蔵助(富紹)、御目見の節、左の通り献上致し候様になされたき旨、
御用番・松平能登守(乗賢)殿へ御留守居・浅井源左衛門(政之)をもって
御伺書を差し出された。

As our retainer Honda Kuranosuke has come to Edo on this occasion, and as [his family] has customarily performed [their duties] traveling by palanquin for generations, we humbly wish to have Kuranosuke continue to perform [his duties] by palanquin as before. We respectfully inquire regarding this matter. Respectfully submitted.
Fifteenth day of the third month Matsudaira Hyōbu-no-taifu
Note: Upon submission of the above, instructions were subsequently issued by written notice to the effect that no sworn oath (seishi) would be required, and that a letter of notification (o-kotowari-jō) was to be submitted to the Inspector (o-metsuke).
Item: On the sixteenth day of the third month, regarding the same matter concerning the audience (o-mie), a written petition (kōjōgaki) was submitted to the duty senior councillor Matsudaira Noto-no-kami (Noriyoshi) via Ogasawara Nuido-no-suke, as follows:
As previously notified, our retainer Honda Kuranosuke has come to Edo on this occasion. We humbly wish that, in accordance with prior precedent, he be graciously granted an audience at a convenient opportunity. Respectfully submitted.
