現代語訳

一　嘉永4年（1851年）10月3日　良之進様の御殿詰めの当分助勤を仰せ付けられ、御朝夕にお召し上がりになる物の御仕立て方を心得申すべき役として米1石を下賜される

一　嘉永5年（1852年）2月28日　良之進様御殿助勤として御細々御用を引き請けることを仰せ付けられ、御朝夕にお召し上がりになる物の御仕立て方はこれまでの通り、御用人支配となる
