- Same year, 11th month, 10th day: Appointed as substitute for deceased father Jūrōemon
- Bunka 5 (1808), 8th month, 15th day: Appointed as assistant clerk for oshiai-kata (dispute mediation department)
- Bunka 6 (1809), 9th month, 5th day: Appointed as clerk for oshiai-kata with additional rice allowance of six measures; when at the residence, appointed as assistant head priest
- Bunka 8 (1811), 7th month, 10th day: Head priest full duty clerk, continuing under goyōnin supervision as before
- Bunka 10 (1813), 11th month, 8th day: Appointed as inner priest
- Bunka 13 (1816), 6th month, 18th day: Released from oshiai-kata clerk retainer position
- Same year, 12th month, 20th day: Appointed as assistant secretary to goyōnin, taking up the brush when needed, appointed to handle documents for council of elders, rank position same as before
- Bunpō 2 (1819), 1st month, 15th day: Promoted to ashigaru (foot soldier) rank, appointed as secretary to council of elders and goyōnin, granted stipend of sixteen hyō and provisions for two persons
