一 同所片町同所千駄木坂下町潰家之内三軒え

其身柄ニ寄瓶等自分ニ而買入葬遣し回向料
等も施主取込中ニ付無代同様之分も有之候処
右ニ不拘懇葬遣し奇特之儀ニ付当十一月廿一日
太田摂津守様御役所え被 召出為御褒美

Regardless of the above, for the meritorious act of conducting proper burials, on the 21st day of this 11th month,
we were summoned to the office of Lord Ōta Settsu-no-kami and received
3 pieces of silver as a reward.
