候様可罷成哉ニ奉存候間勘弁仕候処
武士家来ニ而其身限奇特之取計
仕候向は御役所え御呼出之上御手限
ニ而被御誉置其段可被仰上置又ハ
金高ニ寄御伺之上銀子被下置
御用達町人之内御支配違之分は
其支配え被仰達諸大名御旗本
御家人等ニ而施遣し候分は其段
被仰上置寺院近在百姓等ニ而施行
差出シ奇特之取計有之趣相聞
候分は支配々え御達相成候ハヽ

凶年飢歳の節に米穀等を施し遣わし候様になるべきかと存じ奉り候間、勘弁仕り候ところ、武士家来にてその身限りの奇特の取り計らい仕り候向きは、御役所へ御呼び出しの上、御手限りにて御誉め置かれ、その段仰せ上げ置かるべく、または金高により御伺いの上、銀子下し置かれ、御用達町人の内御支配違いの分は、その支配へ仰せ達せられ、諸大名・御旗本・御家人等にて施し遣わし候分は、その段仰せ上げ置かれ、寺院・近在百姓等にて施行差し出し奇特の取り計らいこれ有りの趣相聞こえ候分は、支配々へ御達し相成り候はば

in years of crop failure and famine, they might provide relief in the form of rice and other grains. Upon consideration of this matter, for retainers of samurai households who perform commendable acts of relief within their individual capacity, they should be summoned to the government office and praised privately by the officials, with such matters to be reported upward. Alternatively, depending on the monetary amount involved, after consultation, silver coins may be granted. For merchant purveyors under different jurisdictions, instructions should be conveyed to their respective governing bodies. Regarding relief provided by various daimyo, hatamoto, and gokenin, such matters should be reported upward. For temples, nearby farmers, and others who have provided charitable relief and performed commendable acts, if official notices are issued to their respective governing authorities
