奇特之取計顕然致し弥仁恤
取行天災之節市中之窮民御救
之一助ニも可相成哉ニ奉存候可然も
思召候ハヽ被仰上案等取調入御覧

本文施行之儀少分之儀も被仰上
又ハ御達相成候而は混雑仕候而已
ニ付金高五拾両以上本文之通取計
百両ゟ以上は被仰上銀子被下置候
積御内規矩ニ被成置可然哉ニ奉

奇特の取り計らいを顕然と致し、いよいよ仁恤の取り行いを行い、天災の節に市中の窮民御救いの一助にもなるべきかと存じ奉り候。然るべくも思し召し候はば、仰せ上げ案等取り調べ入御覧申すべく候。これにより、先ずこの段お伺い奉り候。
本文施行の儀、少分の儀も仰せ上げられ、または御達し相成り候ては、混雑仕るばかりにつき、金高五十両以上を本文の通り取り計らい、百両より以上は仰せ上げられ銀子下し置かれ候積もりを、御内規矩に成し置かれ然るべきかと存じ奉り候。

Regarding the implementation of the main text, if even small amounts are to be reported upward or official notices are issued, it will only cause confusion. Therefore, we respectfully suggest that amounts of fifty ryō or more should be handled according to the main text, and for amounts of one hundred ryō or more, they should be reported upward with silver coins granted as rewards, and that such arrangements be established as internal regulations.
