困苦の次第を相察し、米金等を施し遣わし、奇特の儀に付き誉め置く。仁恤行き届き候段相聞き候に付き、何之守殿へ入御聴候処、奇特の段、急度申し達すべき旨御沙汰に候。
右の通り申し達す間、主人へ申し立てるべし。

Having heard that benevolent relief has been properly carried out, when this was reported to [Name]-no-kami-dono, he stated that this commendable conduct should be formally communicated without delay.
