乍恐以書付御訴奉申上候
一 芝口弐町目月行事嘉兵衛同所三町目同兵蔵
源助町同亀次郎一同奉申上候去ル二日夜地震ニ而
居宅土蔵其外多分相損候ニ付松平陸奥守様
御屋敷ゟ私共町内右御屋敷前之ものとも并
御出入之ものえ左之通被下置候

恐れながら書付を以て御訴え申し上げ奉ります
一、芝口二町目月行事嘉兵衛、同所三町目同じく兵蔵、
源助町同じく亀次郎、一同申し上げ奉ります。去る二日夜の地震にて
居宅・土蔵その外多分損傷いたし候につき、松平陸奥守様
御屋敷より私共町内の右御屋敷前の者ども並びに
御出入りの者へ左の通り下し置かれ候

With utmost respect, we humbly submit this written petition:
Item: Kahei, the monthly magistrate of Shibaguchi 2-chōme, Hyōzō of the same 3-chōme, and Kamejirō of Gensuke-chō jointly submit the following: Due to the earthquake on the night of the 2nd day, our residences, storehouses, and other structures sustained considerable damage. Therefore, from the residence of Lord Matsudaira Mutsu-no-kami, the following was bestowed upon us townspeople in front of said residence and those who have business dealings with the estate:
